As a manufacturer’s representative firm specializing in motion control, mechanical and electrical power transmission products.  We strive to support the manufacturer as well as the distributor and the customer.

Therefore, we believe it to be our responsibility:

· to respect our distributors' confidence and hold in trust personal information.
· to render continuous service to our distributors, customers, and manufacturers.
· to employ every proper and legitimate means to persuade our customers to use the proper equipment for the application, if known, and rigidly adhere to the highest standards of business and professional conduct concerning these recommendations.
· to present accurately, honestly, and completely every fact essential to our distributors' and customers' final decisions.

· to conduct our business on such a high plane that others emulating our example and may help raise the standards of our vocation.

About us

Founded in 1999, Bob Napier has been in the industrial marketplace since 1978 in various sales and management capacities.

Bob started out as a full commission sales representative successfully demonstrating his sales skills and product knowledge.

Bob went on to accept a position as branch manager for a large regional distributor.After several successful years, Bob was promoted to Regional Sales manager responsible for sales and profitability of five branches.

Trying a new venture, Bob worked for a major mechanical seal manufacturer as territory manager working primarily with Pulp & Paper Mills and Chemical Plants.

Although Bob was successful at selling mechanical seals, he decided accept an opportunity to manage a national industrial distributor.

Eventually Bob acquired enough knowledge and experience to pursue his dream of growing his own business and in 1999 Bob started West Coast Bearing and later incorporated as Pacific Northwest Regional Group, with an eye on expanding the sales staff with enthusiastic and knowledgeable representatives.
